I had a blast working with Adam Levey for an editorial shoot about health and doctors. Some sneak peek images from my phone below.
It took some convincing for my fiance to agree to take three hours out of his day to get some photos of us being cuddly, cutesy and cheesy. We are not the cuddly, cutesy, cheesy type, and we rarely take photos of ourselves. But I know for sure that this is a time in our lives that we will want to remember. We're young, healthy, happy, excited, and optimistic. Not to say we won't always be most of those things, but I truly wanted to capture this moment. We were lucky to find this talented photographer who made us feel comfortable (as comfortable as we could be in front of the camera). She caught us in our truest form and by the end of the three hour session, we totally gave in and embraced the corniness that comes with all engagement photos. And I'm so pleased with how they came out. Another fun thing is that Brooklyn Bride posted them on their site.
I could spend all day creating mood boards. Unfortunately, I have other things I should be doing so for now here's just one for the wedding.
I'm a big fan of Karyn Fiebich and Jim Golden so when I had the chance to assist on a project of theirs, I jumped without a moment of hesitation. And I'm so glad I did because we got to play with buckets upon buckets of flowers all-day-long. Dream project. Images from my phone below and one of the final shots from Jim.

I assisted the fabulous wardrobe stylist, Pauline Kim and got to be a part of this wonderful team: photographer Nicholas Wilson, hair and makeup artist Kelly Peach, and model Jordyn Grae. My buddy David Reamer is a super talented photographer. He knows about my passion for styling and let me help with some of his latest work for New Seasons Market. I got to play with props and delicious small plate snacks. What could be better than that? A couple set up shots and final product below (all photographs were taken by David).
I've been doing a lot of swimming lately. Forgot how much I love the water, the time to mentally clear my mind, and the feeling of being so SO physically tired after doing some laps.
Loving all of these prints that are popping up in my Pinterest feed lately! Sadly, I just learned I'm allergic to many of my favorite fruits, so I'll just enjoy the view.
